Wrinkles on the face? Learn how to make homemade ointments

Being natural ingredients the useful expiration date of these products will not be very long, so it is advisable to prepare them in small quantities so they do not spoil. Wrinkles are folds that form on our skin , usually because of age. Over the years and the action of certain internal and external factors the deeper layers of the skin are altered and die, and those furrows appear on our face.

The external factors that deteriorate the skin are diverse and can range from prolonged exposure to the sun, to improper use of makeup, UV or other radiation, wind exposure, consumption of tobacco and alcohol etc.

On the other hand, the internal factors that affect our skin are poor digestion , poor diet, insomnia and the production in our cells of free radicals (cellular waste) that must be neutralized and eliminated.

This is because a massive production of free radicals destroys our cells and favors the appearance of wrinkles in the same way that happens after prolonged sun exposure. Obviously, the best prevention is to avoid the succession of all these problems. Therefore, we must be careful when exposing ourselves to the sun, using makeup etc.
